new layout
Well, now that Brian got his discharge, I guess it's time to change my layout. I debated leaving it up for a little while longer, but, after thinking about it, I felt it was time for a change anyway. I still have my 'Support Our Troops' graphic on my navbar, so that will do for now.

last night
John S. and I hung out last night. We hit Chili's and went to see Hellboy. It wasn't bad, I guess. I wouldn't recommend running out and seeing it right away unless you're a serious fan of the comic, though. Of course, if you're a really serious fan of the comic, you might not like certain things about it... though I'm not positive on that. I don't know if anything's been changed around from the comic since I've never read it. ^^;;

Anyway... you might want to wait until it comes out on video. If you're not a huge fan of comic book related stuff or Ron Perlman, you might not want to see it at all.

I'm so tired... and I have so much to do. I hate this. I need to do my laundry tonight. Luckily, none of the good stuff is running on Cartoon Network tonight. I haven't been watching the stuff on TechTV lately. I just wish it wasn't on TV so late at night.

All that hardwork we did last weekend really paid off. Walter still can't believe it. I was talking to him at work yesterday, and he said he's still in shock about it. What's good is that most of the work is done. We just have some polishing to do and we're all set.

So... I'll be out of town May 23^rd to May 25^th... Consider yourselves warned. >P

As cool as it would be, we don't think we're going beyond Nationals to the World Cup... which is in Barcelona, Spain. That's in September. However, I've been debating getting a passport, just in case. ^^;;

another late night
I'm hoping to actually get a couple hours sleep tonight. I have to wait for my resum?s to print out, as well as the little thing of directions I made for myself. They told us to bring a whole bunch since there's going to be a job fair at the competition.

I was at the school ALL day today, too... except for the hour I took to go get the suit I'm wearing tomorrow. If I think of it, I'll have someone take some pics. I'm going to hijack the digital camera again to bring with me and load pics up here. ^^;;

I want to sleep. I've been awake since about 11 am... noon... Saturday. I think I'm going to nap on the train ride in.

new 'do
I got a haircut and color... It's all pretty now. These aren't great pics, but you can see the difference if you compare it to the pics of me from I-CON.

Anyway, I like it. I've got highlights in it and it's lighter than I had been doing it (when I was actually doing it). The older pics have my natural color on the top of my head. LOL...

busy busy
We've been doing a ton of work for SIFE this past week. I was at the school until 11:30 last night, and then almost midnight tonight... and I'm still working on stuff right now. Just taking a break at the moment. I have to be back at the school early tomorrow to prepare, then we have a rehearsal for the slide show... I'm taking a break at some point to go buy myself a black suit... then back to the school for the finishing touches.

Oi...

I'm going to be so glad when this is over.

Next year, I'm going to keep a running slide show and annual report so there's less last minute work. This is rediculous.

I still have to update and print copies of my resumé...

I hope I get this finished within the next few hours... Daylight Savings Time stole an hour of work time from me.
