start week insanity
Well, it's a start week. Night classes switched sessions, and we did a lot of work over the last few days. We've been doing graduation, absences, and this start week was the biggest thing ever. Plus, on the first night of Session II classes, they have a guest speaker for Criminal Justice... during classes.

On top of that, someone went overboard with putting people in classes. There are several classes that are not only maxed out, but overbooked. Talk about nuts.

And I happen to be in one of the overbooked classes, too. O.O;;; I had a chair tonight, but had to tack myself on the end of one of the tables. I couldn't hear half of what the teacher was saying, several of the students had him before and were laughing about crap that no one else understood, and I felt so crappy about being in this class... I'm not going to be happy. This is going to be a rough class for me. We did get out early tonight, though, which was a neat surprise.

My other class tonight was Statistics. This should be fun. I like Professor Laube already as I've been sitting with him in the Student Services office. I'm not sure about my other math class, since I know nothing about the professor I'm supposed to have. I'll find out tomorrow night, I guess.

new anime show
I saw an episode of Last Exile tonight. It's got great reviews, so I'm going to have to keep watching. I'm not good at forming opinions on only one episode. It looks kind of interesting. I wish I had seen the first episode. Tonight's was the second. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be able to see anymore as they're on at 10:30 and I'm usually in class until 11.

Oh well... Classes are a tad bit more important... LOL.

strange weather
It's been flurrying off and on all morning for us. That's strange for Long Island, folks. Then again, we had an unseasonally late snow last year, too... so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.

shits & giggles
I was just reading through my archives. I think the comments are funnier than my posts... ^^;; Then again, I've had some really depressing posts. It's amazing how much I've been able to vent and express myself by having this Blog. This is something I never do normally with people. I usually just hold it all in.

Honestly, it's been really theraputic.

Of course, Mom and I were talking the other day and she thinks I'm still depressed. Probably has something to do with the fact that I'm completely numb on the whole relationship thing still. Also the fact that I've been having the worst non-PMS related mood swings with people... something I have mentioned here yet. She wants me to try taking half a Zoloft every day now.

I have to take that Social Services paperwork in with me today for Barbara. I need to get that medical insurance... especially if I end up having to go back to therapy.

cape-ness
Mom got me a cape. *_* It's a heavy cape. And she got me a new renaissance dress. My other costume kinda doesn't fit at the moment, and I didn't have enough time to work on a good costume for I-CON. Since John S mentioned getting tickets to go this year, I'd like to have some sort of costume, but I don't feel like wearing my Star Trek uniform, don't have any good fantasy/renaissance costumes that fit, and don't have time to make any new costumes for anything.

I had debated an anime costume. Maybe I'll try for Anime Boston if I get a staff position for the weekend. It's during Spring Break for me, so I won't be missing any classes.

Anyway... I have a good cape now instead of the thin crappy one I got a few Halloween's back from Wal~Mart for like $5... ^^;;

busy
I'm sleepy. I didn't sleep very well last night. I'm still off and on sick from last Tuesday. But, I have to go in to work again today and tomorrow for full days. Barbara had me hang on to my time sheet. She's going to let me work extra hours this week and we're going to add them to last week's time sheet to make up for what I missed. Then, I can dump off both sheets Friday at South Street.

I'm just so freakin' sleepy.

Unfortunately, it's 10 am already and I have to stop at the post office for Mom on the way in to work. I have to be there at 12.

It's going to be a long day... {{yawns}}
