Estelle came over yesterday and picked me up. The baby was full of energy, so we were trying to think of things to do to keep him busy. We decided to head up to the car show Johnny was working since the baby likes to look at cars.

It was a little rainy, but it wasn't bad. We got there just as they were starting to close it up. They had some really good pumpkins left over from their little pumpkin picking field, so Johnny and I took the baby over to get a pumpkin. They also grabbed some good toys that people have a tendancy to leave behind at these sorts of things... ^^;;

Afterwards, we headed over to Paul's house. Johnny wants to start up a Rifts game, so I was looking into what kind of characters I could play. I'm thinking I might go with a generic character this time around. I'm not allowed to play a dragon... {{pouts}} But, I was looking through some of the classes for this Western campaign Johnny wants to do and I'm not sure about it, which is why I think I'm going to stick with something from the regular book. I'll have to see what I want.

Paul's friend John was there, too. He had taken a shower and then a nap while he waited for his wife to come pick him up. They have a daughter, Amber, who's a few months younger than Johnny and Estelle's baby. She's a little doll. They interacted fairly well, though Amber stayed sitting on people's laps while Johnny ran all over the place. It was kind of funny to see the differences in them.

lazy lazy
I've been very lazy lately. Mostly because I have no school for the past few days. I had last Thursday off and I have today off. I go back tomorrow with a new schedule. I also work again on Wednesday. Whoopee. {{sigh}} Not very thrilled about that. Oh well. It's money.
