That's really interesting. ^^; But it's a internship! Banzai! I sent out seven resumes yesterday to various companies around teh DC area for web designer jobs. I'm hopeful that at least 3 will give me at least a callback or an interview. Cross your fingers! We're going to see the apartment today. If we're lucky we'll get to sign for it today, but we may have to have our parents all cosign for it since we don't have jobs and stable incomes just yet. But luckily all our parents will be here tomorrow, since there's that small issue of commencement Sunday. >.> Oh, and I'm about ready to explode waiting for Prisoner of Azkaban to come out. @_@ # (0) comments Wednesday, May 12, 2004 ( 1:52 PM ) The Duchess I got an internship!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEEEEEE!!!!! I'm working in the Suffolk County Jail in Internal Security doing database work. It's 90 hours of work, as usual... but I'm inside the gates... so I have to walk past inmates. O.O;; Eek. Now I just have to finish off my paperwork. YAY! And I have about a year left... maybe less... until I get my BT. Whoop! # (0) comments Monday, May 10, 2004 ( 11:47 AM ) Angie Laura, in Diablo II the spiders first show up at the end of Act I and then again in Act III cave areas. You'll be safe until Andrew gets to those areas. ;) My poor Diablo II CD is scratched, so I can't get any farther until I get it fixed. Gosia moved out this morning, and left so much of her shit behind. >.> Plus for the next week I'll still be getting phone calls for her. At least I get the apartment to myself until I move to summer housing. (then apartment hunting begins in earnest) # (0) comments ( 12:32 AM ) Laura An entire year, eh? That's kinda freaky. There's a lot of that aniversary stuff going around. ^^;; Marauding Mayhem's 2nd anniversary is next month, scarily enough. Even more bizarre is that one year ago today, Andrew finally grew a backbone and asked me out. ^^;; Even weirder is the fact that we haven't utterly beaten the crap out of each other yet. ;) Oh, speaking of him, I thought I'd let you know that he's become addicted to Diablo II, Angie. I don't think he's reacted the spiders just yet, but I'm sure he'll make me look at them when he does get there. --;; He laughed at me when I got scared of a spider today and he had to kill it for me. @_@ I don't like the damn things! Jobs, jobs, jobs. I need one. I am looking for one. And we need the damn apartment place to call us back so we can get our damn apartment before we all get kicked out of campus housing after graduation. Which is a week from tomorrow... Errr, today? It's Sunday already, isn't it? >.> Oops? I should finish studying for my last final.
