*shivers at the thought of snow* Maybe it's because of my small experience with the stuff that makes me hate it so much...the first and only time I was around snow was when we took a trip to Salt Lake City (Heh, seems to be the city of the month!) and drove out into the canyon...the west side of the mountians, the sun being on the opposite side on this happy morning. Needless to say, it was bitterly cold and, when my dad forced me out of the car to come and touch some snow, I could walk on top of it, it was frozen so solid. And touching the stuff was even less enjoyable, not to mention the freezing wind that was constantly ripping through the canyon. *shivers again* I couldn't get back into the car fast enough. heheh, my mom didn't even get out. #

Well, at least Duluth weather. *winks* And there are gonna be some unhappy people if I mention what the weather here was like today. Let's just leave it that one minute it was sunny, and the next minute it wasn't.

Novocaine is my friend. I can actually use my arm a -tiny- bit today! Mostly just typing since I don't move my wrist much when I type, I just can't use a mouse. Guess no Baldur's Gate tonight...*sigh*

*chuckles at how the tights convo is still going* I'm sure Darren looked smashing in his tights LOL!... I waved at Ogden, and caught snowflakes with my tongue for you Darren! Oh... and can I guess who the call was from? *chuckles* It snowed on us the whole game and stopped when we left... figures right? Well there is a lot of other fun things to tell about the trip, but I don't wanna clog the board with it. I'll write it all on my blog later *chuckles* but I had a lot of fun... and it didn't end after the game... nope the fun continued until after I heard about Minnasota weather before heading to bed *winks* #

Heading to Georgetown for Halloween dinner. Always interesting. So many crazy people come out on Halloween and head for Georgetown! But I'm not dressing up too much. I've got clip-on cat ears and a tail from a cosplay outfit, so add my hot topic pants and my new Hello Kitty hoodie and you've got what I'm probably wearing. :D I could be really evil and gothy if I wanted and wear black lipstick that I bought for some costume ages ago. [Heh, black lipstick probably wipes off really easily, too, since it's cheapo lipstick. >.>]

At work. Again. Blah. Got lots of homework done. Yay.

*takes defensive stance* Yeah, stockings. It's a pirate outfit, I needed stockings or else it would look really weird. I'm going to the Halloween party at Disney with some friends and my lil sis. It'll be interesting, I bet we'll be surrounded by little kids in princess outfits. Oh well, I didn't have to buy the tickets so it's all free, unless of course I want to eat, and most likely I'll have to feed my little sister too. Oi, the pains of being the older brother with a job.

Bug-catching freaks me out sometimes too, but we got plenty to go around down here so might as well share. Well, phone call, I better go before I get roasted or something. #

Someone here doesn't get to see little white flakes because they live in a place that, 11 months out of the 12, is 60 degrees or above. The one month being the rare occasion when there comes a frost. #

Rarr, good week this week, but no time to talk about it. >.> Which is ironic since I had no programming to do this weekend. Haha. Um, it's late, and I have work in the morning, but I felt I should at least stop in and say hi since I don't post here nearly enough. I feel kinda bad. ;_;

But things are looking up around here. I do have one more exam, but I'm not *incredibly* worried. I just need to make my brain learn kanji. Lots of kanji. Work is okay, classes are okay, Hatchet is amusing since Steve doesn't think to *look* at the site before telling me I haven't been updating it, and Andrew is okay, too. Silly boy that he is, of course. ;)

ACK! Two days 'til winter hits here... must find more Bugs *twitch* went looking tonight and got a couple of beetles, more leafhoppers, and an earwig. My mom went with me, handed me what I needed, then she spent the rest of the time staring at the sunset... "I wish I had my camera... That's so pretty". She's going to bring it with her when we go back out tomorrow, if she does *chuckles* she'll probably take a couple of me out stalking bugs... If anyone want's to see that let me know *chuckles*... Oh and AJ I found a spider *shudders* it was only quarter sized but *shudders* not nearly as bad as that 50 cent piece Hobo spider that was in my parents room *chuckles* I know I told you about that one, and the dog dish one...

*dies laughing* Tights.... stockings... same thing ROTFLMAO... Oh man... Darren in... stockings... too good... Me well if I actually get to dress up it'll be in black leather *grins* Should keep me warm in the cold temperatures Friday night... #

And I don't see such things because it is too cold for some bug/arachnid life up here. Insects and arachnids can only live up here for a couple months out of the year.

Winter has officially started here, lol. :D And earlier than it has for the last 2-3 years, at that. #

I was awakened yesterday to a crash downstairs and rushed down to find Lucy (the dog) and the two cats chasing after an eight legged creature that was probably bigger than a silver dollar. They had it backed into a corner and while Lucy barked at it, the cats tried to get around her to eat it, heheh. The poor insect had its front legs raised in the air in surrender by the time I rescued it and set it loose outside. Poor thing.

For halloween, aside from possibly having to work (yay for starting work again) I'll also be at home, watching something scary on TV, and passing out candy to the wave of Trick-or-Treaters (Not to mention eating some of the candy, myself heheh) After words, I might drag Vahun and Darren through one of the neighborhoods that are still under development nearby...nice and dark and empty....*grins*

So what is everyone doing for Halloween? I'll be coming home on a bus during the day, probably running into snowflurries as we make it home *shivers* It's suppose to go from 78 to 43 overnight *shivers again* Saturday is suppose to be 40 as the high... now I can handle the cold... for the most part (which means stealing my friends coat that's way to big for me) but when it changes so quickly... ACK leaves no time to prep. #

Statistics homework is evil. Even more so since I stupidly put off some of said homework for a week.

And we have little white flakes falling from the sky. And they're actually *gasp* sticking...at least for the night. #

*sighs* Low 70's. I was hoping it would keep getting colder. And yesterday the humidity came back. I hate humidity, it's like an instant sweat once you step outside. That's why sticking to the beach is a good idea. Unless you want to stay indoors for over a year.

*grumbles* No good movies out. Us three saw Beyond Borders and only because Scary Movie 3 was sold out. Good thing we didn't see Scary Movie 3 though, I heard from several people that the previews practically told the whole movie. Oh well, I'm not all into those types of comedies anyhow.

Well, just thought I should post to inform others in the world that my life still goes on. Bleh, I hate handing out candy on Halloween. I think I'll make Vahun do it. He'd probably scare some kids just by being himself. He could dress like a pixie or something pink. *pokes Frenchie* #
