Maybe, but you're a lovable dork... Oh, that's AJ's line... ~_^;;

Thanks for the tips, though. I'll keep it in mind. #

I've been able to actually paint the little figures. I've got Zechs, Treize, Milliardo, and a slightly bigger Preventer Wind from a 1/100 model. :D

You could take it apart and paint it, but if you have any pieces that need to be entirely painted it will be difficult to do. Also, I wouldn't recommend painting the detail lines if you don't have a black Gundam marker. Those detail lines are near impossible to paint, and the Gundam markers are made so you can wipe the excess off and the paint in the detail line groove will remain.

And I sounded like such a dork.... #

Yeah... I got a tiny Duo with my model... @_@;;; He's TINY!!!

Duo: I'M NOT TINY!!

Oh, right... you have height issues. Sorry.

Duo: Do not... {{crosses his arms and stalks off with a pout, mumbling how he's not *that* short}}

Anyway, I don't know if I'll have the control to actually paint him. Luckily, it's a snap together model. I can probably take it apart, paint it, and then put it back together... Provided I remember all the numbers... ~_^;;

Now I'm just waiting for my D-Hell model. It's the same scale.

Either way, it still looks kinda cool standing on top of the stack of GW manga that are sitting on my TV. ^^;; #

Probably never gonna get around to painting those little figures. *looks at little Treize, Duo, and others sitting in his box*

Ok. Now I'm going to bed before I cough up a lung. #

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! :D

Jess, you should be able to find most of the colors you need for Deathscythe, but models are easier to paint before you put them together. Also, you want to get a paint brush designed for painting eyebrows on little pilot figurines--I need to get a new one. Mine crapped out after 7 models. *sigh* And it was a Testors brush, too... #

{{dances}} Go Yankees!!!

Happy Birthday, Angie! Sorry I sort of missed it, but I was driving home from upstate. ^^;;; LOL.

The trip was fun. We did a lot of sight-seeing type of stuff and a TON of shopping. Dad was a bit surprised and perhaps a little dismayed at the number of extra bags we came home with. Heh. Heh.

And I got a couple of my eBay purchases while I was away. It took me about 30 minutes to put together the 1/144 Gundam 02 Deathscythe I got. *_* It's kawaii!!! Now I just need to find paint and tiny brushes because the decals look crappy. ^^;; Unfortunately, I have no clue how to figure out the colors guide, so it means I'm actually going to have to go get the paint from the hobby shop... #

*in baseball euphoria right now*

I love the Yankees. I've loved them since I was old enough to understand what baseball was. I've cheered since I was a little chibi, but of all the games we've won over the past 21 years, this was the most amazing. *_* Clemens gave up 4 runs before getting taken out in the 4th, Mussina pitched more than 2 beautiful innings, Wells even had a hand in it, but you've got to hand it to Mariano Rivera for pitching the most beautiful 3 innings. *_* [This is why he was MVP of the ALCS. ^^] Add in Giambi's *two* homeruns, Jeter scoring on a hit by Bernie, Posada driving the tying two runs home, and then Aaron Boone--who's been sucking of late--blasting the FIRST pitch of the 11th inning into the left field stands. [This was the first, and ONLY, pitch that Wakefield threw in the game. >D]

Okay, I'm done boring you guys with baseball recap fun, but I'm still ecstatic. The campus is in an uproar. [GW is made up on mostly New York-area and Boston-area people. This week has been....trying, to say the least.] When we won last night, the entire campus exploded with noise. Being at the edge of campus, we could still hear the shouts. [And I think UPD has to break up some fights. ;)]

I'm going to go back to work now. Have a report to write up and then some homework to do. But this is one very happy Laura right now. *_* #

Must. Stab. Post office. ;_; They closed as I got there to ship your present, Angie. RARR! *sigh* So it's going out on Saturday, as I'll be getting home from work at 5:30 tomorrow. Nya. But happy birthday, though I've said it in many places already! ;)

*runs around* #

O.O I had to wear a jacket all day... it was in the 50's mostly and I had a t-shirt on under my jacket cuz it was suppose to get into the 70's... but then this really cool thing happened... These dark grey puffy things, known as clouds (been so long since we had them I almost forgot what they looked like mind you) moved in and low and behold I ended up with some speckles on my glasses. The ground is currently looking wet meaning it's raining at least a little bit *dances* FINALLY we've only been without rain for like 2 months... and you can't count the breif, although a down poor, thunderstorm back at the begining of Sept. #

SIXTY!! Chilly?! *falls over laughing* You should have been up here, boyo. It was mid-40s today, windy, and I think I'm getting a cold. Ugh....

Laura, just get it out when you can. I know about long programming projects. Speaking of which, I gotta come up with an idea for the final Java programming project that I gotta turn a design of in on Friday. Stupid Cindy... #

Wow, the first day of Fall in Florida *cheers* temps in the nice mid 70's little to no humidity, a cool breeze and plenty of sunshine. *sighs blissfully* and people wonder why over 700 people a month move to Oralndo? I didn't have to use my AC all day! *says quietly so those of Northern descent don't critisize him* And in the morning, I even had to get a jacket, it was a chilly 60. :P #

Yes, the homemade mac and cheese went real fast. We had 5 people at dinner, but still. Lina ate half of it, I swear. >.> And Andrew kinda helped her out. Me and Erin didn't eat that much, and Megan only tasted it. But it's GONE. @_@

Angie, I have something for you that is sitting on my kitchen counter. I have to drag my candy-ass to the post office and mail it this week. I'm sorry it's going to be late, but this programming project took longer than I had intended. ;_; I'll probably ship it tomorrow after I meet with the nice lady to start graduation pre-processing. [Damn, I'm getting out of here. ACK!]

I was considering going to grad school here for computer graphics. Thoughts, anyone? I should talk to my advisor about it, but I may not get to that until at least Thursday. [They keep switching our advisors around, so I have to keep introducing myself to new ones. @_@] #

Homemade Mac and Cheese Robyn? That stuff is good :D... or at least my Grandma's is of which I can make *dances*

*pouts* Surfing.... I SOOOOO wanna learn how to do that, and snowboard, and wake board X_X; are we sencing a trend here? My friend said that in a couple of years when she gets married at home in Hawaii her dad will teach me and a few others how to surf... YAY! But I found out yesterday that I'm delayed in graduating for a semester *grumbles* I neglected to ask my adviser if I needed any other paperwork to get into the education program, other than my praxis II test, when I was talking to him about it... As a result both me and one of my friends didn't get our stuff in, in time to get accepted into the college of education to start our teaching blocks this spring. Means we have to wait for the fall *grumbles* Oh well... I guess that'll give me some time to finish up my Biology and Earth Science side of things. #

Schnitzel and spaetzle are gooooooooood. Very filling, but very good.

*hugs AJ* Thanks for the package of stuff! And Darren, I kinda need swimming lessons before you can give me surfing lessons. :P

We're hoping to catch Return of the King at the Uptown like we saw Two Towers and X2. [Big, beautiful screen. Yum!] We'll be going hopefully the day it opens, which means standing in line for seats for 2 hours or more beforehand. But at least I'll have someone to keep me warm this time. ^^;

This animation thing is taking WAY too long to render. ;_; and it's only a 3 second pan of a room! Ack!

My hair is doing strange things today.
]
And I have a mark on my arm....How did I bruise myself and not notice that? --;

Stabbing people is fun. *evil grin*

I'm making macaroni and cheese for everyone for dinner tonight.

But I have to finish and ship a certain item. >.> Could that sound more shady? ...probably. ;)

Okay, enough random observations for one day... #

      ( 12:54 PM ) Mandie
*chuckles* might want to get another cockroach if you can... they need to be as intact as I can get them... since I have to deplay them x_x;... *chuckle* I'm starting my pinning today with what I've got... I'm hoping to still catch some more but it's getting cold and fast. #

      ( 10:56 AM ) Darren
Doh, ok. Now I feel dumb. lol. Ok, you'll be with a group of 20 people. ^.^;; Well, didn't stop to think that spiders weren't insects. *sighs* we had three different kids from our backyard too. Oh, and AJ kinda squashed the cockroaches back end when he was catching it sooo....if that's a problem we can easily get more.

I had to raise my price on my tickets. *pouts* my little sister will kill me if I don't get them. She's more excited about it all than I am. *sighs* gotta come back to library and check up on them, the auction ends today at 2. This sucks, never tried to bid for something before, well, beside in an online game but that's for fake junk. Anyhow, they're probably wondering why I'm not back to work now. *shrugs* Let them wonder, I've a little sister to please. #

It'll be on three screens and all will be full here. Oy... I hate marching shoes... there that's all the pain talk I can muster. #
