I occasionally have anxiety attacks, but they're not relegated to just large crowds. They just pop up for no apparent reason. I think they're more related to my ADD. I've been known to walk circles around the first floor of my house just because I can't stay still.

I've never broken anything {{knocks on wood}}. I'm more prone to sprains, strains, and pulls. I've been lucky, though. Nothing serious. I went to the doctor once for one of my ankles because my mom got scared by my limping. My muscles are developed unevenly, though, so my knees are out of alignment, which causes a lot a pain in my lower back and leg joints. And I have a tendancy to strain my right wrist a lot, especially around my thumb, but I think I know where that started... I smacked the metal support bar between the windows on a school bus once. It was bad enough the kid I was swinging at was making fun of me, but he had the nerve to duck out of the way, too. LOL. #

20 people for LoTR?!?! ONLY 20? *dies* I can't imagine having only 20 people show up for the movie. But I suppose it would be cool if they were all dressed up. Speaking of LoTR, my little sister and I went to the theater today to see if they were selling tickets for the Marathon their doing for Return of the King, and the guy told me that they sold out an hour and a half after they went on sell. So we madly drove to the library to search all possible ticket websites for other cities and all we found were sold out. So...we found a...place...*looks around in suspicion* and hopefully it goes through. *sighs all dramatic like* must....get.....tickets.... #

      ( 12:33 PM ) Mandie
I think we're going to have a crowd of 20 people for LOTR this year, most of whom will be dressed up to match the occation *chuckles*

Oy... I'm actually glad that I sprained my ankel so often when I was younger. I can't sprain them anymore, they are so loose that I can walk on the sides of my feet without pain. Landed that way once in the long jump pit and scared my coach, he thought I'd broken my ankel but I got up and walked out of the sand. His expression was priceless... As for claustrophobia, mine seems to be relagated to elevators, small spaces with large crowds cause me problems. *sigh* I can't figure that one out.... I'm cool in a large group of friends, but I can't be with a large group of friends in an elevator O.O #

I'm not gonna shoot you, Danny. Two of those things on your list apply to me as well and no one's shot me yet. :P My right ankle's still kinda weak from the last time I almost sprained it, and I stretched stuff again when I fell last night while going through the woods to get to the street.

Plus I'm kinda claustrophobic in crowds as well--too many people around and I feel like I'm being smothered. Part of the reason why I go to a private college instead of a public university--here I only feel smothered if I walk through the union when classes get out at 11:30. #

Ugh. Found out that I can't dress up as Miroku for Haloween.

1. Work. I'm gonna be at work all day, and probably not able to go home and change until late.

2. Can't stay on my right ankle for long periods anymore for some reason.

3. Found out the hard waty that I'm clasturphobic (sp?) in large crouds.

Someone just shoot me. x_x #

I almost dressed up for Star Trek: First Contact, but no one else I was going with did. There were other people dressed up in the theatre. We went to the 12:01 am showing (first showing of the day!!! ~_^). I just would have felt geeky since we were planning on meeting at the diner. I didn't want to be the only one at the diner dressed up. ^^;;;

We're having a Halloween party at my friend's parents house. I can do a really cool costume this year and not have to worry about wearing it outside. ^^;; Yay!

Whiney people suck, Laura. But, people will complain about anything. I see it at work ALL the time.

And I still sound like some dying asthmatic... I can't shake this damn cough. #

      ( 2:05 PM ) Darren
YAY, bug time. We're gonna get to return to the happier days of childhood and run around looking for funky bugs. Woah, I had to fix about six words in that last sentence. That's sad. Anywho, I debating about dressing up for Halloween, we're allowed to wear something to work and I've been bugging the other people there to dress up so I'm not the only one again. (yeah, I was the only person to wear any green on St. Patrick's Day, I even dressed up. Sorta felt like a fool). My little sister Kim and I have been working on costumes for the Return of the King. I need to look up the Universal theater to see if they're showing the the whole trilogy, one after the other. I hope they do, it was in the newpaper and in select cities they would be doing that. Well, times almost up at the library and I've got to find tickets. Then bugs. ^.^ #

      ( 1:02 PM ) Laura
Hey Jess, you took my line. ;_; I'm bored too! Rarr.

I know it looks like the last couple posts I've done kinda came out of left field, but I do have something of an idea. Honest. I'm not just pulling this out of my arse. Well, maybe I am, but at least I'll follow through. >.>

I am so incredibly angry at a friend of mine right now. It's sad that I never saw him for the arrogant prick that he really is. He had the AUDACITY to start insulting his roommate in his roommate's girlfriend's house. [Yes, I'm said girlfriend, hence my supreme ire.] Yeah, he thought I was out of earshot because I had intended to go to bed. But I wanted a glass of water, so I was about to go downstairs when I heard him start. I'm so disgusted right now. I hope I don't see him so I don't strangle him. Unfortunately, I'm in Japanese with him, so this is going to be a problem. That and he lives with Andrew. --; Add to that the fact that Andrew, while he is not genuinely happy with the arrangement, does his best to just compromise with everything the git does and has only once mentioned it to me and no one else. [Though I'm fairly certain Lina noticed it, and she doesn't care much for the person in question either.] I used to think he was a good person, but after yesterday, I've lost respect for him. Maybe I'm a bit biased, but what was said wasn't mundane complaints. I can't repeat them here, but they were personal and not something you complain about to people you don't even know well, and we'll leave it at that. And it had been such a nice week, too.

Good grief, this is passive agressive, but I had to vent somewhere. The git reads my blog, so the only way to rant to you guys is via here or a chat, and being that It's 1pm ET and I'm at work, I can't talk to you yet. ;_;

In other news I get to go to the Supreme court building this evening. That's kinda neat. My aunt's in town for some conference--she's a judge--and there is a reception at the Court tonight and she said she'd take me. ^^ Wonder if there will be food. Otherwise I'll die. ;_; I'm already pushing my lunch hour--heh, I mean lunch-30-minutes :P--as far as I can with out passing out from hunger so I can eat dinner as late as possible. But I feel so blah right now that I can't stop eating the pretzels I keep in my desk. @_@ I think tonight I will chill in front of the TV and play video games while everyone goes to see Kill Bill. [I didn't get a ticket because I don't know when I'm coming home from the this thing with my aunt.]

I am going to stop complaining now since I can't put in a 'more' tab like in b2 and get this off the front page so it doesn't scroll the blog. >.> #

*grumbles about missing people* If my bloody class had started just a couple minutes earlier I might have been on to see peeps... Missed Darren and AJ... figures.

Leaving would be nice... I do get away for a couple of days at the end of the month but that's for a band trip... Everyone watch the BYU vs BSU game on October 30th on ESPN *grins* ya just might see an Irish sprite there. That wasn't quite the trip I would have had in mind however, busses icky... I'm ready to get out of Idaho again... *sigh*

Well I'm lookin' at bugs, or rather insects, trying to figure out what families they are in O.O and I had to bring in a soil sample today to get some out of that... *chuckles* it was interesting walking around with a bag of dirt. #

      ( 5:42 PM ) The Duchess
I've got an air mattress!!!! *_* LOL. #

      ( 5:02 PM ) Angie
Well, I really don't want to just up and leave, I'm content where I am. However, I'm willing to take in people who can't afford a hotel, but bring your own sleeping bag and don't mind the crowded-ness that comes from having people in a 2-bedroom apartment. ^_^;; #

      ( 3:37 PM ) The Duchess
I think just up and leaving would be really cool.

Too bad I can't afford it... {{sigh}}

I really don't wanna go to class!!! ;_; I feel so crappy! #

      ( 2:44 PM ) Albert
hehe I can still remember watching a kid wearing those sagging pants try to jump over a fire hydrant...it wasn't pretty hehe. Dunno if I'd call what they're wearing now "Grunge" or not. Some of those monsterous shirts cost in the $200 range.

Frenchie is around here somewhere, mostly trying to read what has been written. He has a difficult time with slang and abreviations. But he's here! heh.

hehe poor Darren didn't do too well with the wine Vahun picked out for my birthday party.

I'd like to just up and leave for a week, or more, too. *sighs* #

      ( 1:55 PM ) Darren
Didn't vanish completely Daniel, I just haven't been able to get to the library this whole time. Just got off work and stopped by. Was able to because I'm borrowing a car, but I don't think that will last very long.

I wish I could get away for a week or two without any problems. Unfortunatly I would end up broke if I did that. Just go away do either some empty peaceful place, or to some busy place where there is no time to stop and think about why you're actually there. Oh well, for now the pool and bathtub will have to do.

Happy late-Birthday Jess. I'd say happy b-day to AJ but I live with him and we did that whole party thing. *Rubs head in remembrance* Ugh. #

      ( 10:25 AM ) The Duchess
I so don't want to be at work right now... {{sobbing}} I feel all crappy. I've been sick off and on since last week. Luckily, it wasn't too bad on my birthday, but I've been feeling really crappy non-stop since Monday. I slept most of Monday.

And I have yet to post my NYC adventures on my own my blog... ^^;;; I'll try to do that tonight after class... which I don't want to go to.

I don't wanna do a presentation!!! ;_; I'm having some really bad days right now. Homework, constant tests, presentations, sucky work days (I'm back on the stupid phones here), being sick, and yes... I'm probably PMSing, too. {{sigh}} #

      ( 9:15 AM ) Laura
Yeah Jess, that was my cell. Being that I was in NYC, I wasn't near my own home phone. [DC or NJ.] But at least you got my shiny message! *_* Hope you enjoyed your birthday.

NYC was...interesting? Heh, but now Lina has decided to interrogate me about Saturday night. *runs* She'll never get me! She'll never take me alive! >.> *grins* When I feel the need to share with her, I will, but no sooner and pestering me about it will win her nothing. But watch her go pester Andrew about it now. Haha, that I would pay to watch. *evil evil grin* But I fear club tonight. Deanne and Liz will either corner him or me, or even worse both of us. @_@

It's cold in the office, dammit! Why is the AC still on?! Grrr... #

It's been freezing here for me. My dad's loving it. ^^;;

Thanks for the b-day greetings, guys. Laura, got your message, but I wasn't sure if that was your home number on my caller ID or your cell, so I figured I'd just let you know I got it this way. LOL... Wasn't quite sure how to introduce myself to whoever happened to answer the phone. ^^;;

We never had guys on the cheerleading squad in my high school, and I never really got involved in college sports, so I have no idea about that. However, I did know a guy in our theatre club at college that had been a cheerleader. He was kinda short, but built really solid. Boy, could he lift!! LOL.

My legs are killing me right now, though, too. We walked almost everwhere on Saturday. Only took the subway once. Afterwards, my friend John was the only one who wasn't complaining about the walk. Apparently, he would walk from Penn, around the park, and then back again on a regular basis. I nearly died. I like public transportation! You can sit! #

      ( 3:29 PM ) Mandie
*twitch at Vahun as a cheerleader* uh... am I sure I wanted to picture that?... We've got rather overweight male cheerleaders here and that's not a pretty picture. *chuckles* You should have been around here when that whole grunge thing was in style... I think I saw three or four guys have their pants fall down x_x;... Man who'd have thought there were so many different types of boxer shorts *dies laughing*

I think the test went pretty well... I know I passed, or am pretty sure I did in any case. We're learning more drill in band so this week will be interesting. Weather here is still in the 80's *sigh* when are we gonna get fall damn it! The weatherman says it should get cooler later this week, but that's what he said last week *growls* #

      ( 12:03 PM ) Angie
I don't know what's going on in my room, but it's TOO HOT in here! Even though I turned the thermostat back down to 68 last night... (my roommate had it at 75, ugh)

And all last week the window started cracking because it's been getting around freezing (or lower) during the night. I hope it doesn't crack all winter. #

      ( 11:35 AM ) Albert
Good luck on test, Mandie. *puts Vahun in a cheerleading outfit to go cheer behind your seat* heheh, the really sad thing is, Frenchie would enjoy that. *sighs* Come to find out, Vahun has lots of insults for all countries/peoples. hehe just the other day he was bashing the Puerto Ricans (yeah, I know, they're so picked on, awwww!) because of their style in this club. You know, the 50 Cent style with the huge jersey shirt and equally huge long shorts that hang down to their ankles? top it all off with three big gold necklaces that get caught in their dancing partner's hair all the time and a hat that is apparantly cool to wear sideways *chuckles* yeah, we all had a good time. #

      ( 8:56 AM ) Mandie
HAPPY Belated BIRTHDAY Jess... and AJ

Robyn, my leg is much better today and I'll be careful with it in the future *winks*... I've got an O Chem test today x_x; joy of joys. Wish me luck! *wanders off to take test* #
