Friday, August 22, 2003 ( 10:11 PM ) The Duchess I played clarinet... for a year. Gave it up when my dentist told me it was going to interfere with the orthadontic stuff he had me wearing at night for my overbite. I took up chorus instead. I still ended up going to band camp, tho'. I was on flagline for a year, and then made it up to kickline for the last two in high school... and we worked with the marching band all the time. "And, one time... at band camp..." Sorry, had to. D, flem... phlegm... same thing... I forget which is the real spelling. I've seen both. Mandie's got a bud who uses the second spelling. {{shrugs}} Anywhoo... it's still kinda gross. LOL. # ( 11:45 AM ) Albert Ahh, so I do know everyone here, heh. *hugs Angie back* thankies, hun. When I played picc in high school, the school's picc was constantly out of tune. Heya boyo *grins* Welcome to the craziness. Random thought from me for the day: What's it mean when you're piccolo breaks and you have to get a picc from your school to play... only it's also broken? Oh man... I'm so sore in places it's not funny O.O There is a reason Band Camp is only one week. Two weeks on asfault in 100 degree heat would fry our brains and we wouldn't learn nothin'.... It's good to have ya! My randomness... I finished more data entry today. I have no idea what I'm going to do tomorrow at work. O.O;; Robyn... phlegm stories are just so weird... O.O;; LOL. And don't forget to pack your sketch pad! LOL. Now that I know where Shoujocon is, I might have to go next year. I can't because it's too short of notice for a trip up to Rye for me, but, if I know a few weeks ahead of time next year, I can probably go. {{grin}} Anime cons... You're here! ^________^ And for my randomness...doctors are evil and love taking your blood. I also need to talk to the person in charge of the figure skating club to see if we can do ice dance as well as freestyle skating. I do MUCH better with ice dance techniques than with freestyle, and that girl wants to do an ice show. I'll only do it if I can work on ice dance stuff and can do a dance number instead of freestyle. I'm not up to par with my jumps and to be honest, my spins SUCK. # ( 4:29 PM ) Laura *falls over* Time travel? @_@ But that is a good question. And welcome to the blog AJ. ^^ And I just had the most bizarre experience of flem trying to crawl back up into my nose. @_@ But enough about my nasal cavities... I have to pack for Shoujocon. I leave bright and fuppin' early tomorrow morning. ^^; Of course, I will be far far away from the computer, so I'll try to post to MM if I can before I go to bed tonight. I'll be back online Monday evening, so I won't be away TOO long. And Jess, I've written down all the WT winners that I have to draw, including yours, so I'll have something to do when I have downtime at the con. ;) Took Hikari and Scooter to the vet today for their check-up. We had a symphony of yowling in the car there. --; But they are healthy and apparently have really good teeth, so it's worth the yowling. ;) They were really happy to get home, needless to say. Though I did get scratched by Scooter when he was trying to get away from me when we let them out at home. @_@ Ow. And remind me someone why Madonna was in the last James Bond movie? Hell, why was ANYONE in that movie? The innuendo was about as subtle as a freight train. >D # ( 2:21 PM ) Albert Greetings. [Angie, I'll link you later, okay? ;)] And the headshots for the MM RPG have been finished. *_* Those will get cleaned up and uploaded once I get on my laptop.
