Doujima starts off as your run-of-the-mill lazy ditz. She reads fashion magazines at work, doesn't take assignments unless forced to, and comes in late. However, it is rumored she is 'special' and that the influence behind her placement prevents her from being fired. Later, it's revealed the Doujima is actually an IAB-style plant in STN-J investigation strange rumors from within the organization. She steps up to the plate when she's needed and actually becomes quite instrumental in bringing the bad guys down.
Doujima's ditzy actions are mostly a cover for her true purpose to be at the STN-J. She's quite resourceful, even if she isn't a great hunter, and manages to carry her weight when it's needed.
